What I recommend before date night as an aesthetician
Caption:
Big date night or event coming up? This is NOT the week to completely overhaul your skincare routine.
Before an event, I’m usually thinking about keeping the skin calm, hydrated and supported rather than suddenly introducing multiple new products or aggressive treatments.
Stick with products your skin already knows. Focus on hydration and barrier support. Prioritize sleep and your normal routine. And if you’re booking a treatment close to the event, talk to your provider about options appropriate for your skin and timing.
The goal isn’t to “fix” your skin the night before. It’s to give it the support it needs to look and feel its best.
Have an event coming up in [City]? Comment SCHEDULE to find out what treatment may fit your timeline.
